Our service project took a little turn this year! We collaborated with The Village: A Foster Care Closet in Blackfoot, once again, and decided to create stockings for children in foster care for Christmas.
Our preschool kiddos loved helping shop for other children and learned lots about helping those in need. With our Super Standard being “Helpful” we try to teach the children about helping, not just around the house, but in our community. This was a great way to teach them how to help and also about gratitude, another one of our Super Standards.
With the help of our preschool family and others in the community, we donated almost 75 stockings to The Village!
A huge “Thank you” to Miss Nicole’s children, Jaxon and Elise, for helping deliver the stockings.
